Cellulite Treatment

Also known as dermatopaniculopatia edematous fibro sclerosis, lipoesclerose, Paniculopathy, among other names. It's the greatest villain of all women who have not ever cared about their appearance? 

Cellulite is a condition that affects the adipose system, circulatory and skin site, located very confused with obesity and lipodystrophy. Cellulite is mainly dependent upon metabolic cycles / female hormonal own, such as puberty, menstrual cycles and pregnancy, affecting 95% of women. 

Many are its factors: genetics (Caucasian women, leg circulatory disease, family history of cellulite, saddlebags, etc..), Sexual and hormonal. 

Some other external factors that trigger cellulite are: 

- Emotional (stress, anxiety and depression in the brain that influence on the functioning of our body), 

- Eating habits (obesity worsens cellulite) 

- Toxic habits (smoking, coffee, oral contraceptives) 

- Sedentary lifestyle (lack of exercise, reducing the circulation in some places), 

- Postural habits (spending all day sitting, for example, etc..) 

- Orthopedic and postural changes (changes that hinder the lymphatic system), 

- Internal compression (tight clothes, pregnancy, obesity, etc..) 

- Base pathologies such as renal and hepatic failure, hypothyroidism, circulatory problems, 

- Subclinical infections: reducing the resistance of the immune system and 

- Medicines, hormones, steroids, antidepressants and others. 

Stages of Cellulite

Cellulite comes in several stages depending on the cutaneous and adipose: 

Grade 1: congestion or initial phase. When there is poor venous drainage area, changes in muscle permeability, edema, or swelling around the fat cell and swelling inside the fat cell. 

Grade 2: chronic phase infiltration. 

Grade 3: phased redeployment of interstitial fiber system (effect "orange peel"). 

Grade 4: healing phase or sclerosis, the final phase difficult to reverse, large nodules and associated micro varices. 

Treatments Available

The treatments available are many, all in an attempt to change the habits of the patient with control of the factors that predispose to, for example. 

Natural therapies, electrotherapy, thermotherapy (currents, ultrasound, etc.). 

Manual techniques (mask tensioning, lymphatic drainage, etc..) Oral and topical medications, and prevention of their carboxiterapia factors (mainly diet, fluid intake and regular physical activity), intradermoterapia. 

How to prevent the appearance of cellulite?

- Balanced diet and vitamin supplement of vitamin C, 

- If the person experiences bloating / edema, reduce excess salt and pasta (carbohydrate) diet, 

- Increasing consumption of fiber (especially rich in silicon) 

- The garment should not be too constrictive, 

- Regular physical activity to promote good blood circulation and reduce local venous sclerosis, 

- Remove toxic habits such as smoking, 

- Motility balanced with the use of fiber a day, and plenty of liquids, 

- Training for coping with daily stress (self-control, bio feedback, therapies, etc..) 

- Relaxation techniques or meditation,
